- You can reset your password by entering your USERNAME and your EMAIL ADDRESS in the form below. Note: The email entered MUST match the email you have entered for your account on the B2B.
- The password will be reset to a new code automatically and an email will be sent to the address entered. Please wait for this email to arrive which will contain the new password. Please note that emails can experience delays, although under normal circumstances you should receive it within a few minutes. Note: If you have a spam filter enabled please check that it is not stopping the email or moving it to a spam folder.
- Once the email arrives, use the enclosed password to log in to your account. It is advised that you then choose the Change Password option from the menu and change the it to your desired password.
